Every international move has a story. Perhaps it’s a career opportunity you can’t refuse, a return home to family, or the start of a new adventure. But for a pet owner, that story has a missing chapter: “How will my furry family member get there safely?”
CIEF Pets was started to write happy endings to that chapter. We know the anxiety of entrusting your cherished companion to someone else. Founded by passionate pet owners, we built our service on a simple promise: to treat every pet with the same love and care we would our own.
We see ourselves not as movers, but as guardians of your peace of mind and your pet’s comfort. From the nervous whimpers at the airport to the joyful barks of reunion, we are with you every step of the way.
Manage your entire move on WhatsApp and get replies in minutes, not days. We are well known for faster reply & easy communications.

Cief Pets assisted us to relocate our Labrador from KL to Singapore. We got detail advise on relocation process and medical/health screening requirement. Their partner in Singapore, Paws for Cause, look after our Casey since picking up from home in KL until departure from quarantine center. Casey arrived home happily.
Thank you very much Cief-Pets Malaysia and Paw for Cause Singapore.

We just moved our dog from Malaysia to Japan with the help of Cief. We had to ship her by cargo, which we thought would be a challenge. However, Cief did a great job making sure all paperwork was in order, so we had no trouble picking our dog up from the airport.

We used them to ship our 3 cats from malaysia to the uk. They were very attentive on messenger which is a lot better than their competition. The costs were similar and if I needed any help they were only a few minutes from answering.
