The thought of relocating my anxious rescue dog, Lacey, from Hong Kong to Malaysia was a huge worry for me; but my fears were immediately calmed after reaching to CIEF, who were INCREDIBLY responsive, informative and helpful from start to finish. After much research and contact with various pet relocation services, it became an easy decision to choose CIEF.
I was able to choose a quarantine centre that allowed me to visit her, had 24-hour CCTV that I could monitor. It was very clean, comfortable and with an outdoor area.
Lacey was very well looked after during the 7 day quarantine period, as well as by CIEF before and after, including her being transported to my door safely and soundly.
She has suffered no trauma or lasting anxiety from her relocation and quarantine experience; in fact she is the happiest she has been, just 2 days after exiting quarantine.
I highly recommend CIEF.

Highly recommend Cief for transporting my cat from Taiwan to Malaysia! Although there was a misunderstanding at the beginning, the team was very proactive in resolving it and kept me updated with photos and videos of my cat throughout the process. My cats have arrived safely from Kuala Lumpur to London!
My overall experience with them overall is good - I appreciate the fact that they do monthly installments as paying to move two cats at one go is a hefty sum. & how throughout the whole journey, they really kept us updated of the cats.
Giving it 4 stars as I think there is still room for improvements in regard to communication. There were a lot of miscommunications between CIEF and the agency vet when it comes to Nipah test, blood test etc which caused a lot of stress on all parties involved - and there was a miscommunication with the number of days I'm able to pick the cats up upon arrival and due to that have caused me additional costs.
However, that is only a minor part in the grand scheme of things. I am grateful that the cats were very well taken care of and that they have arrived here safe and soundly.

I actually contacted a few companies but chose CIEF because they had been the most prompt and has great customer service. They had been very open and explained clearly. My baby girl is finally here with us in the Netherlands. Thanks to Cief! She’s 6 turning 7 this year and I was so worried if she’s gonna make it. And she made it here, thanks to Cief that ease the whole procedure from Kuching Sarawak to Amsterdam Netherlands. Even though she had to delay 1 day for her flight due to ventilation system problem of the flight, she still made it here safe and sound. I had an excellent experience with CIEF Pets for the importation of my 10-year old dog from the Philippines to Malaysia. They took care of everything — from securing the import permit and managing the 7-day quarantine process to handling all the documentation.
