Planning to move abroad? We make sure your furry family members don’t get left behind. Whether you are moving to Europe, UK, Dubai, Japan, France or the USA, CIEF Pets handles the complex exit permits and airline logistics so you can focus on your move.
We handle the Malaysia Department of Veterinary Services (DVS).
Different countries have different “Entry Tiers.” Moving a cat to the UK is different from moving a dog to USA. We analyze your destination’s specific requirements.
For “Rabies-Free” countries (NZ, or Japan), we arrange the RNATT (Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre Test) and manage the waiting period logistics.
7–10 days before flight, we bring your pet to the government vet for the final health check and secure the Malaysia Export Permit.
On moving day, we handle the KLIA check-in. You’ll receive updates until your pet is safely in the air and arrives at their new home.
“Kindly take note that the requirements may change from time to time. Please always check with us for the latest requirements and processes.”

While possible, any small error in the DVS Export Permit or the destination’s health certificate can result in your pet being deported or quarantined at your expense. Most owners prefer CIEF Pets to manage the legal risk.
It is the official Veterinary Health Certificate issued by the Malaysian government. It is mandatory for every pet leaving the country.
